Gravette Upper Elementry
Presents
Fussin' an' a Feudin'

Thursday 17th

This is a musical comedy that takes place mostly in the backwoods community of Lonesome Polecat. We visit the cabins of the feudin' Calhoun Clan and Tolliver Gals. The families have been feudin' for so long, that nobody knows how the feud began. Along the way hooty Doc Wormwood's intervention helps clear things up for both families only to give both families a whopper of a surprise.
Come join us next time for a great time!
Everyone enjoyed the play.

This is the Gravette Elementary's second year for putting on such an elaborate production. This year the play was at the new high school Performing Arts Auditorium which had room for many more viewers.

The cast of students and teachers numbered thirty plus, including Doc Wormwood and the Wormwood Brothers band and many stage hands.

Sharon Alexander and Becky Horn put many hours into behind the scenes work making this play a success. Lora Anderson designed the sets and John Smithers did a fantastic job building all of them. Tyler Ensor was in charge of lighting. Mrs. Terry Finnell, Mrs. Wendy Spann, Mrs. Holly Pierce, and Ms. Faith Sewell helped to make everything run smoothly by helping the cast backstage.

We at the Billy V. Hall Senior Activity Center would like to thank everyone involved in this production from Mr. Ensor, the teachers and the Gravette Upper PTO for giving our children this great opportunity and to the parents and grandparents for their support and most of all to the kids for the terrific effort and great job they did with this. We are looking forward to next years production.
